Oracle Line Shoot: Behind the Scenes perspective!

Hey, guys!

Today I’m going to talk about how it felt to model and pose at the Oracle Line photo shoot.

It was a lot of fun, as I had my friends and fellow models there.

For those of you who want to know how this certain experience was like, I’ll give you an overview of it.

—–

1st- We arrive at the set–a casting studio. I’m early. As usual.

2ndWe meet the other models as they arrive. My fellow blogger, Jason, was there. My friend of many years, Maya, came and we hung out until my other friend, Aliyah, arrived.

3rdWe go to our assigned sets, or wait for our turn. This part is tricky because sometimes they just spot-on take photos of us when they think we look nice–no matter the place.

If it is your time to model, you go down to your area and do what the director, D.W., has you do. He’s pretty awesome, but my dad says he doesn’t want me to make D.W.’s head bigger than it already is.

If it is not your time, DO NOT take your gear off, you never know when it is your turn. You must ALWAYS be ready to change into other clothes you brought or other gear.

On the subject of group photos, it is pretty fun, because it is CONTROLLED CHAOS! D.W. and my dad are trying to get everything under control, and some people are laughing, dancing, and talking. Weird, huh? Did I mention pop music is playing in the background? Yeah….

4th- If you are done with all of your shots from the day, you may go home. For this one, always ask the director if they need you, in case of a spur-of-the-moment group shot or perfect lighting. Lighting is key…

That’s it, guys! Have a good week!

Stay Posted!
