Darkness comes in many shades.
What do I mean by that? Simply put, good and evil, as I have stated in the past, are not always black and white. In point of fact, that is seldom the case. That is what makes the world so interesting. People are motivated by needs and goals that they prioritize, in many instances deeming them more important than the needs of anyone else. Now, we may not always agree with them, but in their minds the choices they make are justified and warranted.
In the world of Necromancers’ Pride, that is no different. We have made no secret of positioning the Necromancers as the story’s antagonistic force. That having been said, we have demonstrated how they truly feel their motives to be justified. Evil is a matter of relative perspective. What makes Necromancers’ Pride so fun is that we have endeavored to give evil many colors, to make darkness come in many shades. There are more dark forces at play in the world of Tarune than solely the Necromancers.
To that end, before the JUNE 12th release of Necromancers’ Pride – Tides of War, we would like to introduce you to a character we love to hate, the devious Gascon. In his mind, his motives are justified. He is one of the many shades of the dark on the world of Tarune.
The release of Tides of War is one week from today! Whose story lines are you most looking forward to revisiting?
